The 6-day Tanzania Lodge Safari is a comprehensive and immersive safari experience that takes you to the best game parks in Tanzania. Visit Lake Manyara Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park on a 6-day Tanzania lodge safari.

Explore the vast wilderness of Tarangire National Park, home to large herds of elephants, majestic baobab trees, and a variety of wildlife. Then head to Serengeti National Park, famous for its annual wildebeest migration, where you’ll have the chance to see predators such as lions, cheetahs and leopards in action.

Next, visit Ngorongoro Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a large volcanic caldera teeming with wildlife. Finally, visit Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, large herds of elephants, and spectacular birdlife.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire national park.

Your 6-day lodge safari in Tanzania begins in Arusha after breakfast, then departs for Tarangire for a full-day game drive. Arrive at the main gate and after registration depart to the park for your game safari drive. After doing both morning and evening game drives, return to the lodge, have dinner and stay overnight at Karatu lodge.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park.

The second day's safari begins early after breakfast. Today's tour will be a game drive en route to the endless plans of Serengeti National Park. The drive is not too long, taking 3-4 hours to reach Africa's most famous park. Dinner and overnight stays are at the lodge/tented camp and all meals are included.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari in the Serengeti National Park.

Day 3 begins with a hearty early breakfast in a tented camp in the heart of the endless plains. We are currently in the heart of Serengeti. Today you will have the opportunity to spend a full day on safari in Serengeti Park. We will leave the camp with a packed lunch. This is done intentionally to maximize movement tracking time. Dinner and overnight stays are at the lodge/tent camp, and all meals are included in the course menu.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater.

After breakfast, pack a lunch and embark on a carefree day on safari from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Reserve. Spend the night on the crater rim, followed by dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Lodge. All meals included.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater through the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands, before arriving at the crater rim. Descend into the crater, one of the most dense hunting grounds in the world. Home to nearly 40,000 animals... here you have a good chance of spotting the big 5: lions, leopards, rare black rhinos, buffalo and elephants... in addition to the big 5. You can also see herds of wildebeest, zebras and Thomson's gazelles... After a picnic lunch, continue your hunting drive and depart from the crater to reach your accommodation.

Day 6 - Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch...Encompassing this area is Lake Manyara Park which is often overlooked, but game-rich and best known for its tree-climbing lions...We’ll have time for full day game drive then evening drive back to Arusha.
